Therapeutic WORKS Incorporated (TWI), a growing mental health nonprofit located in downtown Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a Reintegration Stabilization Community Support Specialist to provide intensive community-based support to individuals involved with the criminal legal system.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about trauma-informed care, advocacy, and helping individuals navigate complex behavioral health, legal, and community challenges.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position (approximately 36 hours weekly)

• Four-day workweek with flexible scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary up to $58,000–$66,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications
